Spinach gnocchi is a pasta "pillow" made of fresh spinach, eggs, potatoes (75%) and flour (25%). Served in a gorgonzola cream sauce and topped with grated parmigiano.

Pan-seared Tuscan-style marinated skirt steak. Once plated, the steak is thinly sliced (tagliata means "sliced"), served with arugula and dressed with aged balsamic vinegar.
